What you need to know

Please read the following before you proceed:

Any returns and exchanges must be done within 14 working days of receiving the order. As a customer you have a right of withdrawal for 14 days after receipt of the goods.

The returned items must be unused with the original tags/packaging on and/or intact within the original packaging to be eligible for return. Items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered, may be rejected and returned back to the customer.

How to make a return

If you would like to make a return, please contact us HERE or email hello@theoddpup.com.

Once you've contacted us regarding the return, we will come back to you in a separate email with further instructions. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response regarding your return.

Please note the following:

We do not stand for the return shipping cost.

We're unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after the 14 days may be rejected and returned back to you.

When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.

How to make an exchange?

If you would like to change the size or color of your item, please contact us HERE or email hello@theoddpup.com to proceed.

We will come back to you with further instructions.

We do not offer free exchanges, therefore we will not cover the shipping costs.

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be rejected and returned back to you.

To make a claim

If you have received an item with defects or if you have received the wrong item entirely (wrong size, color or product) from what you have ordered, please contact us HERE to contact us regarding a claim. Don't forget to attach a photo of the defect.

We will come back to you in a email with further shipping instructions.

How long does it take to get a refund?

We will issue a refund as soon as we have received and processed your return. Refunds may take up to 7 business days after the arrival of the package. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
