ORDERS

Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use this to track the transit and see the status of your order.

What currency are you order in?

Prices are shown and charged in either SEK, USD, GBP, AUD, EUR or NOK.

The currency is determined by your shipping region and the site you are on. Therefore, please make sure you are on the right site by checking the shipping region selector that is in the menu to the right.

If you can't find your local currency, country or shipping region, then please choose the Worldwide option and the orders will be charged in USD.

Can I change or cancel my placed order?

It depends on whether the order has synced with our warehouse. If your order has synced with the warehouse already, we unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancellations.

We recommend you to email customer service at hello@theoddpup.com with your request. Please thoroughly check your order before continuing.

Will I be charged customs and import duties?

Customs & Imports duty charges do not apply to customers in Sweden or the European Union. We are not responsible and do not pay for the costs (ex. customs and VAT) that may occur when sending you a product or when we receive a return from a country outside of the EU. Please be aware that you might be required to pay Customs & Import duties when you accept delivery of the items from your courier.

(We do not pick up returns with VAT or customs charge. If you are unsure how to declare your return/defect item please contact us at hello@theoddpup.com before returning your item)

SHIPPING

Where do you ship from?

Our warehouse is located in Gothenburg, Sweden and we ship all our orders from this warehouse.

What shipping options do you provide?

Postnord & DHL Express.

Will there be any additonal custom fees on my order?

Please note that we are not responsible for the calculations and charges of any additional customs fees/taxes charged by the transportation company. For more information about these potential added fees, kindly contact the transportation company directly for more information before placing your order.

What if my order doesn't show up?

If your order has not arrived, please look up your tracking number in the shipment confirmation email that was sent out to you. If you still can't locate your order, please email us at hello@theoddpup.com and we’ll be happy to help.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Items must be returned within 14 working days from receiving the package. The returned items must be unused with the safety tags on and intact within the original packaging to be eligible for return. Items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered, may be rejected and returned back to the customer.

Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method and that the return shipping cost is the following:

If an item is returned because of a complaint it will be repaired or exchanged for a new product, at no extra cost. If you want to make a complaint, please email us at hello@theoddpup.com with pictures of the defect. The Odd Pup does not replace damages that are caused by improper use (please read our care instructions), loss or accidents.

Can I exchange my order/size?

Yes, you can exchange your item to another size or color, permitted it is in stock at the warehouse.

Do you offer free exchanges?

Yes, we offer one free exchange per order within Sweden.

If you wish to exchange your product from a country outside of Sweden, make a return and then simply place a new order on our website.

Do you offer free returns?

We do not offer free returns. The cost of the return will be withdrawn from the refund. The cost for the return shipment depends on where you’re located.

Do you refund shipping costs?

No, we do not refund the shipping costs. The shipping fee charged at check-out covers the shipping and handling of the transportation company. These costs can therefore not be refunded.
